Rahim and Tran's Mehndi celebration! What is Mehndi? Mehndi is the application of Henna as a temporary form of skin decoration. It became fashionable in the West in the late 1990's, where they are sometimes called henna tattoos. Mehndi is typically applied during special events like weddings. Last night was a great night to capture the Pakistani culture and its traditions. We enjoyed meeting Rahim and Tran's closest friends and family. What a beautiful close knit family!
